Some do have developer's commentaries, eg Half-Life 2 episodes - if you turn them on, you walk over little symbols and it turns on a few minutes of commentary.

It's very funny that a trumpet-playing actor is pretending to sing badly? And do you know he's an accomplished player in real life, or are you just assuming that because you saw it in a movie?
