Who cares if the mask is on if the action is so incoherent? The best fight was in the bus yard with Bokeem Woodbine and that only lasted about 90 seconds. All Raimi's clashes were done so well.

Tom Holland is a fantastic Peter Parker, and I loved Michael Keaton's character. My biggest gripe was the action—it was all just visual garbage, especially compared to the two Raimi movies where the fight scenes and big set pieces are so clear and coherent.
Done! Thanks, Sean
Fast & Furious obeys the laws of physics??? That's a new one
I'm 95% sure that Kevin Spacey was talking to Big Boi and Killer Mike when Baby Driver spotted him in the restaurant, which is an amazing subtle Atlanta cameo
Was the name Jason a homage?
Jamie Foxx was the MVP for me
I enjoyed this show just fine, but like a lot of streaming service exclusives (basically 99% of Netflix and Hulu shows), I found it to be overhyped. I think it's far inferior both narratively and stylistically to the other shows that recently ended their seasons—Leftovers, Better Call Saul, and Fargo. A lot of my…
I love how visually interesting this show is (following in Breaking Bad's footsteps). That scene with Gus…was that the first time it's ever rained on either show?
Totally agree with you, my friend and I had the same reaction. This would be a great 30 page short story. As a film, it's really slow and frustrating, the dream sequences especially.
For the love of your free time, people, ignore this writer and DO NOT read those Rothfuss novels. They are truly the worst.
Well, you clearly didn't actually read it. He said he's been shooting guns since the age of 4
So good. "They're playing the Six Flags song!" The disgust in his voice had me dying
Wait, why did you mention the aliens as if that was a good thing? That stupid flying saucer almost ruins all my fond memories of season two.
Gloria's interactions with the plane/bar guy and the ancient producer were giving me some vague flashbacks to that old scientist Tony meets in the hospital on the Sopranos
I know it's probably just me having never seen movies he was good in.
Can't believe how quickly some people have turned on Fargo. Allow me to do a David-from-Seinfeld and ask myself some questions:
I feel the opposite. Although, I wouldn't call the Mike parts a "slog", I think they're entertaining and beautifully shot, but the Jimmy / Chuck stuff is more compelling IMO.
"…some bad music"
At first I was like, hmm, what a semi-obscure Wu song to pick. Then I remembered it's called THE JUMP OFF.
