Yes!! I was able to fit a 16' extension ladder in my Matrix when I folded the front passenger seat down. I just love how much stuff I can fit in that thing. Also very easy to clean out when transporting plants or anything dirty - just take a leaf blower to the back of the thing!
Man, why did you have to break out the logic in the first post? Not a sexy choice but a dang good one.
I’ve had roughly 20 vehicles in my life and my 2003 Matrix XRS was one of my favorites for all the reasons above. I got 200K miles out of it with zero problems before I traded it in for something more a little bigger for the growing family. Absolutely fantastic vehicle!
This is an excellent argument for more plug in hybrids. While dual power adds some cost and complexity it pays off in reduced battery size. “Those darn tax-and-spend Republicans want to raise your taxes!” I can just hear the oppo ads now. The party of taxation.
That’s definitely the way to go if you’re going to get one.
That’s bush league, you got to buy organics and say they are just normal versions.
Those blind spot warning things have probably prevented me from having an accident. Or at least made my lane-changes safer.
Exactly. My idea of the Acura brand is that it is a modest luxury brand. Just a bit nicer than Honda or others. This doesn’t seem to have that.
And constant, Minority Report-style targeted advertising.
You’re expecting the average Americans to have an ability to plan ahead and save a extra $7500 to cover it in the mean time???
