The problem is the ‘filler’ episodes are often the ones that give fans time to get to know and love the characters on the show.

From the link, I believe that Sara Poyzer was hired to voice the words the person in the documentary can no longer say themselves. Now they are going to simulate the voice of the person who is no longer able to speak instead.

I have a friend who is a nurse. When people call him a male nurse, he then refers to them as their gender and occupation or situational role - “Becky, female purchasing agent”, “Mr. Johnson, male spouse of patient.”

I like see equality in action. Lots of male directors have made not so great movies and keep getting chances to disappoint the public again. No reason why she shouldn’t have the same opportunity.
