I am thankful for the emergency system on my car. I had a car cut me off and slam on their brakes so they could turn into a business park on my morning commute. The system reacted faster than me and avoided a collision, which is good because I don’t have a dashcam.

Maybe it’s just me, but I’m not see the luxury here.

“I’d really like a tiny home, but can I make it even less practical?”

What’s funny is my house was built in the 50's in a city neighborhood and it has a similar layout.

I think too many people answered what they want/wish to see gone.

The irony in Olyphant being too old at 41 for Kirk in the reboot films is that’s how old Paul Wesley is as Kirk on Strange New Worlds at roughly the same time in Kirk’s life.

The problem with the X-Men and mutants as they relate to the rest of the MCU is that they really make the rest of the non-mutant heroes seem like callous assholes.

found that air filtration systems in most cars might not be up to the task of filtering pollutants from the air we breathe.

I’m not the customer for this vehicle, but I’m not buying a vehicle without an Android Auto connection to my phone. I download stuff like podcasts to my phone to listen to while driving. My vehicle shouldn’t need it’s own data plan/connection - especially since it’s something that can be hacked.

There definitely should be a time-out period after a certain number of warnings in a limited time span where the software says “You’ve been warned enough times in a row, you’re clearly not able to use this feature responsibly” and disables it.

no:

It’s a shame they don’t revise the property to be just a Star Wars themed hotel for the guests of the park to stay there, removing the LARPing aspect. It would still be fun for fans and kids.

The thing about city cars - if a city is well designed, you shouldn’t need to own one. It should be an occasional rental.

I think there’s a way to ask it of a black person in the US without being offensive, and it probably starts with a) not interrupting them when they are speaking and b) asking with some sensitivity to the fact their ancestors likely didn’t have a choice in coming to the US and much of their history may be lost.

For a lot of people, going to the movies is a hassles and it’s expensive. Combine that with big TVs with decent screens cost less than they used to and people becoming very used to “entertainment on demand” and yeah, that 90 minute schlubby white comedy is the box office draw that it used to be.

I was going to make a joke about looking forward to the CX 70 so they’d have something to fill that gap between numbers, but I googled it first and it’s actual coming in 2024.

I’m assuming the name is meant to be ironic.

Governor Sanders will have a ground crew of child laborers on that in a jiffy.

Philosophically, if the dirty dishes end up clean, does it really matter how they got that way?
