Deferred Maintenance - this house is run down and just about everything needs some attention and repairs

If someone has smoked in the house, definitely wash your walls. 

Personally, my general rule is one purchase (cash—see my note about credit card fees above) every two to three hours.

Can’t please everyone. 

Any beach that has other people on it is going to make it suck, because people are rude and inconsiderate. There will inevitably be some asshole blasting music no one else wants to hear. There will be people smoking and throwing their butts in the sand around them. There will be people who don’t contain their trash…

The placement is fine. The decision to just say slap a door there and not try to make it part of a symmetrical design element is what I question.

There’s no reason to not see both if you’re going. It’s free, the park and landscaping is very nice, where the Canadian Falls viewing area is all blacktop and concrete. You can walk right up to the Falls and stand on the little part that just out and splits the Falls. You can also get a different view of the Horseshoe…

Full Sized pick-up trucks with trailer hitches that can’t stay in their own lane or be contained to one parking spot. 

I have a plastic module with a removable metal filter basket that fits into the Keurig. Easy to use and wash. 

I should try this with oat milk, it has a really creamy taste. 

I wish Android Auto had kept the Moto Assist option of announcing a text message, who it’s from and giving you the option to listen and respond without touching anything.

Neutral: as much as I like my SportWagen, I still miss the versatility and ride height of my Matrix. The fold-flat front passenger seat, the hard backed rear seats and cargo area with the tracks for tieing stuff down - it was a great system. 

I would say for restaurants that are not ingredient specific (steakhouse, BBQ, fish fry, etc) 10%-20% of the entrees should be vegetarian.

I don’t do a substitution unless it’s offered. I will ask for something to be left off if it’s something that’s being prepared to order, like no cheese or any dressings/condiments on my burger. If it’s something I know is prepared ahead of time, I just don’t get it if it’s not what I want as is.
