Neutral: as much as I like my SportWagen, I still miss the versatility and ride height of my Matrix. The fold-flat front passenger seat, the hard backed rear seats and cargo area with the tracks for tieing stuff down - it was a great system. 

I would say for restaurants that are not ingredient specific (steakhouse, BBQ, fish fry, etc) 10%-20% of the entrees should be vegetarian.

I don’t do a substitution unless it’s offered. I will ask for something to be left off if it’s something that’s being prepared to order, like no cheese or any dressings/condiments on my burger. If it’s something I know is prepared ahead of time, I just don’t get it if it’s not what I want as is.
