I do overnight oats on weekdays - 1/3 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cup FairLife milk - and switch up the add-ins - a banana and some almond butter, frozen berries and a little agave syrup, etc and a latte. Weekends I’ll sometimes do the oats, have cereal or maybe make waffles.

I think oat milk tastes better, especially in a latte. It has a really creamy texture I don’t find with soy milk.
