My unsolicited opinion - try it and see if you can tell a difference and if you like it. Some recipes I have I will always use cake flour, others using all purpose is fine.

I know it’s the SMART gimmick, but if the body cage was the same color as the doors and hood and the fender flares were dark, it wouldn’t be that bad looking. It wouldn’t be a stunner, but it would be on track with compact CUVs today.
