Price/quality it’s easily the Thrustmaster T300 at the moment. Followed by the Logitech G29 (most still use their G27).

FYI, Safety Rating isn’t tallied in a practice session. Only in qualifying, races, and time trials. Hit the wall as much as you’d like in practice.
