Have you forgotten how Winston repeatedly refused to answer most of the questions put to him by investigators?

Lol, you clearly haven't read the SAO report, or any of the evidence. He's now been cleared of any wrongdoing three separate times (by TPD, SAO, and retired Supreme Court justice with no ties to FSU) even under the low "preponderance of the evidence" standard. Meanwhile, his accuser is now on her 7th version of the

The videotape would have likely been exculpatory for Winston, but big trouble for Casher (the guy who recorded it). Makes sense that Casher would delete it, don't you think?

You said you believe the accuser because "you can't think of any reason for her to lie." When presented with various incentives she would have to lie, you ignore them. You're special :)

Unlike the accuser and her incompetent aunt/attorney, Winston has never contradicted himself or been caught in a proven lie. Also, all the witnesses (including the accuser's friends) back up Winston's version of events at Potbelly's and during the sexual encounter itself. So yeah, I believe him. Sorry that you're

Wrong again. She didn't press for an investigation/arrest and begin cooperating again until Winston became a Heisman candidate in Fall 2013.

Patricia Carrol, who has been very vocal with the media during this entire ordeal, has not denied that she made that comment. The accuser's other attorneys, who issued a rebuttal to Cornwell's letter, also did not deny that she made that comment.

Citations: SAO report, TPD report, Willie Meggs press conference, Patricia Carol press conference, statements from Tim Jansen and Steven Cornwell (Winston's attorneys).

What if your attorney makes the outrageous claim that you would never "sleep with a white boy." And your family would not approve of the same? That would give you motive to lie both about the consensual encounter, and the existence of your secret boyfriend, would it not?

Her boyfriend at the time (who she kept hidden from family and friends) was an African-American cornerback playing for a college in Ohio. Her family is from a rural suburb of Tampa - very country. The only reason we ever found out about him was because his DNA was found during the swab. Even then, he didn't want to

I believe this girl was assaulted.

Unlike you, I actually read the TPD and SAO reports cover to cover. Anybody who has done the same and still thinks a sexual assault occurred either 1) has an IQ below 50; or 2) WANTED a sexual assault to have occurred, for varying reasons.

As has been discussed ad naseum, since the alleged incident occurred off campus, the investigation was under the purview of TPD (and we can argue all day about their handling of the investigation). The accuser waited almost 2 years after the incident to make her COC complaint with FSU, at which point they began their

Lol, yes. Failing to even reach the low preponderance of evidence threshold on ALL charges in a COC hearing will totally support her lawsuit. Much like changing her story 7 times will totally bolster her credibility.

Oh look, another person who has never read the SAO report, or reviewed the evidence. "Black man accused of rape by innocent white girl? GUILTY."

    Looking forward to your correction/apology.

He didn't rape her. You're just going to have to accept that :(

    Lol, no you're not.
