One thing about A:TLA I always take for granted is how young the characters were.

To be fair the Quran also includes the Adam and Eve story, and the biblical/torah/quran story is extremely messed up which make it fit in with this topic.
Thank God for Iroh.
Let's not forget, Sozin instituted a practice of hunting dragons that nearly resulted in the extinction of the entire race.
Did you say fabulous?
A family which killed off an entire race of people set the world into a 100 year long war the last of which focused on hunting down a 12 year old boy, all the while they try to kill each other, betray each other, burn each others faces off, minipulate each other, shoot lighting at each other, until one ends up in…
Obviously, "Game of Thrones", but not the Lannisters (shock). I'd have to say Craster. How fsck'd up is your family when your father is also your husband, grandfather and uncle and your mother is also your sister?
Trying to understand the Summers-Grey family tree always gives me a headache.
Bastard son of a thousand maniacs. How'd you like to be at that christmas dinner?
does it count if you're your own grandpa?
House Lannister makes a good run at the title. I am not sure how much details I should go into because of spoilers but we have twincest, bad fathering, terrible kingship, etc.
So is he wearing a anatomically inaccurate wolf body suit ...or furred chaps with a painted penis?
I'm not exonerating either of them. Korra's always had an attitude problem, but that's what made her such an interesting protagonist. She's the kind of person who is a lot more happy facing problems head on, rather than mastering self discipline and patience. She'd be happier punching a book than reading it. Which…
On the other hand, Orci and Kurtzman started out on XENA and HERCULES, so I'm hoping SLEEPY HOLLOW recaptures some of the giddy fun and over-the-top-ness of classic XENA . . . .
Remeber in the old titans show when breaking raven apart was shown as a critical mistake and a breach of privacy? Yeah none of that seems to have carried over.
I'm gonna wait for season 1 of The Dome to finish off before I check into it. I want to hear a bit about where it's going, to determine if it seems worth my time.
Screw the Water Tribe, I'm most excited for Jinora's arc this season. I really love how we're seeing the rest of Tenzin's family, and Jinora's spiritual awakening looks exciting. I'm really hoping she gets her airbending tattoos in the finale.
Why is Korra pmsing 24-7? She just doesn't seem to mature as a person (Even after inheriting Super-saiyan Avatar state powers), and doesn't have amicable qualities to be a main character. Character growth through conflict and choosing between hard decisions is a given, but the way she handles these situations is…
I actually liked the way the movie picked up immediately after the first and how they tried to tie everything together. I didn't really need it to be scary; I see this series more as paranormal thrillers than actual horror movies. I didn't find the first one that scary but I still really liked the story and I thought…
I really liked the first one, while not "OMG scary!" It made me creeped out the whole time, and the over the top screeching violin music, while over the top gave it a real "ah yeah- it's that kind of movie" feel.
