They did all debut at the same time, the issue is that Legends was picked up for a slightly shorter season (17 episodes, vs 22-23 for the other 3) which led to it finishing a month ahead of the rest

Supergirl and Flash will actually be available sooner than Arrow. The CW’s deal with Netflix gives them rights to the shows starting 8 days after the finale airs. Supergirl wrapped up on Monday, The Flash was yesterday, and Arrow tonight, putting their ETAs at 5/30, 5/31, and 6/1 respectively.

They’ll be there. They just go up on the 30th and 31st of May, rather than in June.
