One sad correction: The last Hitman game was not successful (despite being quite good!) and thus Square Enix cut ties with the developers and it nearly killed the franchise.

I actually kind of enjoy that “it’s fine” is the refrain among stans re: this episode, because it’s the sort of thing you can easily envision someone saying as they’re struggling to look happy after stepping on a fresh turd
