I have a 2008 BMW 335i that was recalled for the airbag. The recall notice came but they have no plans on doing the repair until march of 2018! I can’t trade the car in because there’s an active recall (I tried and they offered me 3,000 on a car that blue books for 15,000). So basically, I got screwed. At least if it

Man tavarish way overpaid

I have a 2007 Acura TL with 100k miles and have experienced almost all of the above, with the addition of the egr valve failing - probably the scariest thing since the car wouldn’t idle. I had to keep the revs up in neutral at lights and somehow limped it to the dealer. I thought Something catastrophic had failed in

What I am curious about, why is gm in so much trouble over this, when Nissan has a pathfinder hybrid that gets 8 mpg less than their claims and nothing ever happened. There are plenty of other examples, is this because gm has more cars, thus more exposure?
