What protest by any group of people is warmly received by the masses?

I don’t know swaggy, it seems to me that taking a stand against the flag is more likely to make ppl on the far right more defensive and less receptive to dialog. The dialog I’ve seen read and heard is mostly flag related, that’s why I was sort of surprised to hear someone suggest the opposite.

With all due respect his protest isn’t effective at all; i am surprised to see someone state that. If his protest were effective there would be much more discussion about the actual issue, not whether or not dudes want to stand for the flag.

That’s such a fucking garbage response. Immediately demonizing someone bc they feel the flag should be revered isn’t any different than the people who are all upset about ppl not standing. Each side has a right to their stance and should be able to take it without being labeled a racist or unpatriotic.
