Valuable article but why world simply doesn’t use EV’s in large cities and combustion engines in country’s sides as powering EV’S cause for now more coal expenditure but if planned power generation it’s produced away from cities governments will save bilions $ on health care - less pollution & noise and in same time…

Hi, can anyone explain please : EV producing more pollution correct but coal production comes away from urban centers equals governments saving bilions on hospital costs, cleaner air & less noise,would not  ideal temporary solution be EV’s in large Cities and combustion engines in countrysides, rent a car…
