No this is not free speech. It is slander. Writing things about people that aren’t true and presenting it as such is something that one can be sued for. Defamation of character, for example. Celebrities sue for stories written about them too. And they’re adults.

This is slander... she has a duty to protect her child. She certainly doesn’t need the power of the presidency to act in her kids best interests. The man had no business making his speculations public and planting this seed.
