Blackball that motherfucker. It’s not as good as him actually being removed from his position, but if vendors/partners/employees/customers all stand up and loudly say “I won’t work with this misogynistic sexual predator”, at some point his peers can’t ignore it.

In a post on the same subject yesterday, one of his other colleagues reported an incident where he was harassing a woman and none of their male colleagues saw anything wrong with it. I think that is part of the answer to your question. Whether they were immobilized by the bystander affect, or if they truly didn’t see

Why does the village sit on its hands when it comes to sex abuse, sex assult and sex crimes? If everyone casually knew to some extent or another in this circle, WHY DID IT TAKE THIS for action to commence? Dude should have been frozen out long ago if this behavior is 10 years on.

When you are subject to daily sexual abuse, discussing things like this does become casual. Because you’re used to it, sadly.
