My town has ~30K residents. The towns around us average ~3K. That’s why I said rural-ish. I live near the downtown area. And there aren’t many other job opportunities, so there’s always an Uber nearish.

What if there’s....you know....no other option in your area? I live in a rural-ish area. Taxis don’t roam, you have to call them and it can be a long time before they show up; there is NO public transportation. If I needed one, I can have an Uber show up in under 10 minutes.
