My CC is not even reporting a "declined" transaction, so its not their issue, transaction is getting "stuck" somewhere within Spotify systems.

You are definetly not alone. I am too a sucker who pays for content, I even pay for VPN so I can subscribe to Hulu Plus or Netflix since I am not in the US. The problem I see at least for those of us who dont live in a major market, i.e. Europe or the US, is that content takes forever to get here almost even more time
