Totally agree. Having been cheated on I would like to say that it is never okay to keep it from your partner. Doing so means that your partner would be having sex with you without knowing the full story. It isn’t just shitty, it is also not really consensual sex. If i had known that my partner cheated on me I would

I think the thing is, you never get to decide for another person whether or not they’d “rather know” or “rather not.” I don’t know how I’d react if my partner told me he was cheating — whether I would want to work it out, whether I’d need a break, etc. I might be really unhappy knowing. But he doesn’t get to pick for

If you don’t believe in karma, then this is wonderful advice. Speaking from personal experience (and only that), I would advise to break up if you cheat right away. For whatever reason, that comes back to you somefuckinhow no matter how well you covered your tracks. I am truly convinced of this. It just isn’t worth it

I would always rather know. I wouldn’t necessarily end a relationship over being cheated on if my partner was honest with me about it (depending on a million other factors, obviously), but I would absolutely end a relationship if I was cheated on and found out by some means other than my partner coming clean.

Nobody owes you shit, dude.

Do you realize how literally dangerous it can be to tell some men the real reason why?

If you’re calling people assholes because they don’t give a reason why they won’t go out with you, I can think of at least one right now.

Why? So you can counter it?

“I don’t know” oh, what a jerk.
“I find you unattractive.” OH what a jerk!

Either way, you’d probably have an issue with any sort of rejection.

Smart move on her part.

Wrong. A person doesn’t owe you an explanation for why they’re not interested. The fact that they’re not interested should be enough.

This is not to say that providing a reason wouldn’t be nice, or helpful. Just that people do not owe you a reason for saying no to a date or romantic overture.

I feel like this is the appropriate place to tell this story: I dressed up as RBG on Halloween, and SO MANY people asked me if I was Judge Judy. Her influence on the American psyche should not be underestimated.

I YELLED “OH NO”

I had a guy do similar to me, 6 dates and I broke it off as I found myself becoming increasingly intimidated by him and how intense he was being. I was super careful to let him down gently, told him I just “wasn’t feeling it” and from what he had told me, we had different life goals (his included many children, mine

Ah. You not only don’t understand what Due Process means, you also don’t understand the word “convict” or what a burden of proof is. A conviction is something that a judge or jury does in a criminal trial held by the government. A burden of proof is something that a party in a civil or criminal trial must satisfy in

Since you also appear to misunderstand what Due Process is, let me clarify. Due Process is a thing that the Government must give you when it takes an action that affects any of your rights.

I love it when Christians tell me im going to Hell. The only problem I have with Hell is that I know 100% in my heart the only music available there will be Christian music. So, im kind of bummed about that.
