I don’t see how there is any “win” here. He was a guard, not in charge  and absolutely anyone sane agrees that everything to do with Nazis is awful (apart from the depressing rise of neo-nazis), but how is arresting a person who doesn’t have very long to live legitimize the absolute awfulness of the ICE’s actions?

Oh there are no lines drawn at all when it comes to stuff like this. I got a job at quite a posh little hotel. As a Brit I’m curious as to how our friends across the pond think the mid-term election will go. As far as Trump’s Presidential term so far he has been a spectacular failure - do you think pro Trumps will stand by him or nope?

That was my first thought too. Child sex offenders are pretty much fair game in prisons - pretty much everyone is going to go after them. I don’t see how other than keeping him away from everyone else will keep him safe (I have absolutely zero sympathy for him, but I hope he leads a sad and lonely life behind bars…
