How on earth is this “missing the point”?

I really hope this movie is nominated for Best Picture and Best Director.

I will appreciate love Blade Runner for making me awake during the entire duration of the film where the original made me fall asleep after 30 minutes.

Why didn’t she simply walk out? Why did she blow him? This is clearly a consensual sexual encounter she later regretted. “I didn’t really want to do it, but I did anyway” is not sexual misconduct.

They kept scoffing a people’s cheap shoes too.

I’m weirdly more excited about this than I initially thought. As many knocks as Letterman took about his late-career disinterest, I missed the guy and his grumpiness, especially in the era Fallon-esque celebrity sucking up.

I’m still allowed to tie the lobsters to a tiny chair and connect a car battery to their genitals, administering shocks every 20 minutes until they tell me where the Lobster Kingdom keeps all its scavenged Spanish doubloons, though, right?

I really hope this new release will give Tropical Freeze the audience it deserves. It’s one of the best sidescrollers I’ve ever played, but, oddly for a 1st-party Nintendo game, sometimes it feels like people don’t even know it exists.
