I think you were responding to someone else. Either that or you want to tell everyone reading that a password is all you need to secure your data from service providers in the mobile industry.

But vulnerabilities and “features” like audio/video recording surrounding the taking of a photo(!?) have always been suspect.

This all implies that Apple device users are somehow in control of their personal data - even where Apple is concerned - and this has always been untrue. If it weren’t, intelligence agencies would be using iPhones.
