My favourite Snoop Dogg story came from an episode of Danny Wallace’s XFM breakfast show podcast. Some elderly man in Wales had won a giant vegetable competition, and Snoop Dogg contacted him to congratulate him on his veg and ask for some growing tips.

I believe so. I bought mine at a head shop so I wouldn’t have to worry about shipping fees, though.

Hahah yuuuuuup, that’s my life.

Yeah, I think the problem a lot of people have with blocking (myself included), is that if the other person cares enough to look around, they’ll be able to tell you blocked them. If you don’t give any fucks, it’s the best option. But if you want to save face and seem as if you aren’t bothered, there are a lot of

#1: block her. You don’t have to be friends with someone to block them.

Nah, man, get yourself a Pax. Best investment I’ve made in self-care. (I suffer from chronic pain, but it’s pretty great regardless.)

There’s a house on my bus route that had one last year. So great.

26 was a really horrible year for me, too. I just turned 27 a few weeks ago, and things are already looking better. My friends and I have decided that 2015 was the year of a lot of character-building bullshit, and have faith that 2016 is going to be our year. You are welcome to join our 2016 optimism club :)

The title does it for me. I feel so bad for all the mornings I cried and begged my mom not to go to work. My mom did so much for us after my dad walked out...I’m sorry she had to deal with my abandonment-issue guilt trips every day, too.

Been thinking of you a lot this past week, Jack.

A+

I work for an educational publisher. One of my authors wanted to use an Einstein quote that is popular on the internet, but has no source. I told my manager that it was unverified and most likely paraphrased from a longer article from the 40s, but that I couldn’t locate the original to confirm. My boss said it was

That’s just what I came here to post! The Rayanne/Angela friendship was *exactly* my life. Nothing will ever be as true to my teen years as MSCL.

Aw, man, not the tearaways! I only ever got knock-off zipaways. No one wanted to steal those.

I also had a Tamagotchi-related accident! [redacted] asked me to hold her Tamagotchi (which was on a necklace) while she was jumping rope. When she was done she yanked it off me, but it got caught and ripped out one of my earrings.

I think you might also want to check out the documentary Bite Size, which is about childhood obesity (I watched it on Netflix). I’m in no way implying that your daughter is obese, but I thought it gave some pretty great insight into the emotional factors that are involved when you talk to kids about weight.

Ooh, I could actually see that. Cher, hell no.

And she was pretty solid in Hairspray, too. I think she could do a decent job.

I suspect that I wouldn’t be happy with anyone but Alicia, but seriously, Katy Perry?? Amy, I love you, but no.

Everything about this is adorable.
