No doubt about it. They were for a long time the only Audi dealer in the state. They had the entire market to themselves and they acted like it. Now that they have a competing dealer not 20 miles away their tune may have changed.
I understand that the dealers are often put in a difficult position. Dealers should put themselves in an advocacy position for their customers but (at least in my experience at my local dealer) they appeared to be protecting Audi from their customers. And AOA putting a TSB out about 'sweating' DRC shocks imo…
