I have far less confidence in that being true.

If Trump loses just 5% of the people who would have voted for him before the conviction, he loses the election.

He finally won the unanimous popular vote fair and square!

And yet many of the people on the list you provide say they’re going to vote for him!

Trump’s actual base is quite small. The rest of the Republicans vote Trump because he “hurts the people they want him to hurt,” but a lot of them really can’t stand him.

As much as I want to be happy about this, I can’t help but think that this will only galvanize his base, reinforcing their undeserved faith that he is the only one that can fix this country... which is complete bullshit. It’s probably just going to make it that much more important that those of us that either support

I suppose you could make them noisier, but reduction of noise pollution is one of the benefits of EV’s and it would be a shame to lose that. I would prefer just making cities more pedestrian friendly which, nearly by definition, makes them less car friendly. But that’s fine with me. Without doing any research

What I’m getting from the news lately is that somehow very good football quarterbacks all turn out to be pea-brained morons

As a Vegas resident with friends in the magic and performer community (yes, I know that is as sad as it sounds), this has been one of the worst kept secrets ever here. Like Cosby and Weinstein in Hollywood levels of ‘everybody knows’.

Everyone that knows David Copperfield will tell you that these recent allegations from one newspaper are the exact opposite of who David is.”

The Guardian notes that Copperfield may not have known their ages at the time

I keep hearing that they’re going to bring in book material, which is just the most pants-on-head crazy thing they could do. As a person who reread the book and saw the show again just last fall (and thoroughly enjoyed both!), they are VERY DIFFERENT BEASTS. The book is a political/spy thriller. The musical is an ugly

One of the most successful things about the musical is how tight the writing is. From curtain up until down, not a second is wasted, it’s positively breathless. Which isn’t to say it’s rushed, it just adapts the parts that it needs and leaves the rest on the cutting room floor. The two-parter thing really worries me.

All of that is well and good but there’s still absolutely no good reason why this should’ve been a two parter.

Yeah, the jury’s still out on the two parter question. No matter how good it is, if part one ends with ‘Defying Gravity’, no one’s showing up for part two.

Between this guy and that crazy Whitehouse doctor (now US Rep R-TX), my opinion of Navy doctors keeps dropping.

“I served 31 years, I was an Army doctor, I trained as a Navy flight surgeon, I served with the 7th Special Forces Group, I served with the 160th. I served six tours.”

Imagine any kid wanting to get away from THAT loving, rational dad.

I would also check on that kid to. anyone that would pull a gun out instinctively on someone dropping your daughter off at your house should be evaluated. My mom would have thanked the Uber dude and smacked the black off me if I ever did that.

He says he’s a doctor but I don’t see any markings, white coat or stethoscope so I think it’s only fair for someone to pull a gun on him, force him to the ground, make him show his medical board credentials and his med school degree for good measure because everyone knows what’s going on in the US with people
