Adblock Plus is still better than both of those. You can download a filter which, e.g. for Forbes, bypasses the adblock-blocker. And of course AdBlock Plus’ acceptable ads are entirely opt-outable. The only complaint I have with them is that ABP Element Hiding plugin can’t override the acceptable ads.
