It almost definitely is. Warren Ellis was writing a Castlevania 3 animated film trilogy years ago that ended up getting canned. Ellis is writer on this show, so I guess they just had him rewrite it as a series.

Actually I think the last time they did that was the Zone of the Enders HD collection. But it doesn’t matter, cause I’m pretty sure they never did those HD ports in-house. The MGS HD Collection was done by Bluewater Games and Genki and all of those ports owned pretty hard

My favorites that I’ve beaten are Dark Souls III, Doom, Uncharted 4, Gravity Rush Remastered, and Gemini: Heroes Reborn (super unexpected, that last one). I also bought Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, but I haven’t finished them.
