In this case, it tends to reinforce the notion of deliberate bad faith
Note that Saturn themselves preferred to call this car “a sedan with a backpack” rather than a “wagon”
That’s the thing, though. They weren’t building their own cars anymore, they were just bringing in international GM product as a re-badge.
My mom had an early SC1 and loved it. Still one of my favorite coupe designs from GM.
Yeah, that’s about where I land, too. I could almost buy this one myself, at that price.
Would I buy it? No, but it’s unusually well-crafted and at this price someone is likely to bite. NP.
That’s a decent theory
The NHTSA had actually signaled the automakers that it was planning to outlaw convertibles at one point, hence the ‘76 Bicentennial Eldorado convertible, which GM at the time believed would be its very last convertible model ever.
The death of the convertible can also be attributed to the near extinction of the good old fashioned two-door coupe, too. Very few left now, at least in part due to side-impact regs that make them very expensive to reinforce.
The question here, of course, is how that hydrogen is actually being produced...
I’m fond of C4s as well, but even at that this one seems a little... much.
It’s a shame, because it’s kind of a cool-looking truck, but I don’t see what value was added to justify that doubling of the price from the last attempt.
I adore this car, flawed as it is. One of the most over-the-top designs to ever reach production.
Man, a lot of Cadillacs don’t even have good interiors.
God help me, I kinda liked the H3...
Much as I love the Prowler, they never put a decent engine in it.
This is a different platform from the Regal, though. The LeSabre was on the full-size platform. Agree it’s a nice car, tho...
Okay, I think this car represents something I’ve never seen here before: I can’t in good conscience give this an NP, so I won’t, but I, personally, could see myself paying the $7k. Go figure.
My first car was a ‘76 Celica SR-5 so I’m predisposed here. I miss sports coupes. This one’s nice. NP.
I can only assume that anyone voting NP is a troll.
