Those hex kidney grilles are the clue to why they built this.

No, that’s aftermarket, and seeing it nailed my CP verdict.

I wish there was an 86 convertible. Or even targa.

I fucking LOVE the Avantime. It’s one of the most insane packages to ever hit the road.

SOOOOOO pretty! I’ve got an XPS-13 2-in-1 and I can just see using this on a plane with the display turned around in “tent” mode on the tray table.

KSP makes you a more qualified scientist than most climate skeptics 😁

Uncomfortably close to “Jared Leto”

You “dynamite” the brakes once the truck comes to a halt. If there’s no air pressure they default to lockup.

I gotta say, I love this thing. I shouldn’t, because it’s batshit weird and that usually isn’t my thing, but this is just so in-your-face fucking OUT THERE.

*sigh* That was such a lovely car...

Always really liked the packaging and basic engineering for the Smart, and I would have gladly owned one had they provided at least a little more performance.

Like it a lot. Wish they made a convertible.

If you do well enough, you get invited back for tournament play, but otherwise you’re out of luck.

In theory, it should be MUCH easier and less resource-intensive to recycle batteries than it is to mine/mill/refine new materials.

One of the BIGGEST flaws is that the study low-balls annual driving at 15,000km (under 10,000 miles). Few drivers travel that little and that skews the results by emphasizing the manufacturing processes.

I’m a former champion myself (from 2007) and I have to confess that I almost never watch the show anymore now that I can’t return. I am a part of the contestant community online, though, so I’m getting it all second-hand.

GREAT piece! The X/19 was always one of my favorite sports car designs and the idea of one with a VTEC is just insane. Yes, I’d want one with a decent stereo but that’s a minor detail.

That’s fair. SXM faces some interesting challenges in the next few years as the various streaming services gain more ground. I’m hoping that when we start seeing Low Earth Orbit satellite internet that they’ll just transition to that network outright.

Depends on which channel you listen to. Their music channels are all ad-free, but their talk channels (and stuff like the Fox News-CNN-MSNBC audio feeds) carry ads.

There’s a lot of content on SXM that just isn’t available anywhere else. I enjoy streaming music myself, but I actually prefer hosted channels like the 70s-80s-90s channels on SXM.
