Indeed. The trailer even spells out that learning magic involves hard work, practice and study, not unlike academic disciplines of the mundane world. So it’s not “faith”, i.e. wishing real hard that it works, but learning a completely new set of skills.

It’s not really “faith” if it works, is it? If, for example, it could be proven that prayer produces miracles, pretty much everyone would become religious overnight. No faith required.
