Why all the subtle words, WHILE continuing in said “uncomfortable” behavior? And, again, why couldn’t she just say “no” and walk away?

Why couldn’t she just use the universally accepted word “No!” Or “stop!”. At what point do we hold women accountable? We expect men to be mind readers and deciphers of body language, when a clear concise “No!” Or “Stop!” Will suffice?
