You’re partially right. But you also have to consider jobs where they cannot afford to do that. Teachers, Lawyers, Doctors, etc.

You’ll make more OT if you continue to work 40+ hours a week. So if they wanted to keep you at your 40 hours a week rate you’d make 8 hours of OT each week.

Smashburger is SUPER underrated. 

I know some people who were parents when they watched that movie and they still hated it. I don’t get it, I love that movie and being a parent was definitely part of what made it special to me.

There is such a big difference in opinion of that movie. It’s almost like we all watched drastically different versions of the movie. I’m like you, I LOVE that movie. I honestly can’t explain why people hate it.
