Theres literally 1 gender thing and that is Space Marines. Every other institution of the Imperium is gender neutral.

It’s VERY simple, but it’s not terrible. It’s got a secondary reticle that tells you where to aim for and it works pretty well. Biggest complaint I’ve got about it is that you don’t get a good sensation of speed, so it’s tough to assess when to hit the brakes in combat, etc.

They’re called Battle Sisters. Except they usually segregate with like-gendered uber-humans.

They’re human. They may be heavily augmented but, IIRC, their bodies are not genetically enhanced.

I mostly get pissy about it because the Adepta Sororitas already don’t get much love in the main stream 40k media.

I guess because crosplaying is such a common part of the cosplay scene, it’s maybe generally accepted now that gender accuracy is not an important part of the hobby? I’m all for it
