I did this at work. Somehow Google thought we were a Comcast location (we aren’t...) we got people trying to pay bills, return equipment and just whatever you’d need from waking into a Comcast office. It took a while after reporting it for Google to remove it but they did.

Including the entire US population in a lawsuit seems far reaching. If I accept settlement money that’s one thing but automatically waiving my right by simply not responding because I heard/read it on the news. Doesn’t seem right.

This is the part that infuriates me. How’s the F can I waive my right to sue by not doing anything. Class action should always be OPT-IN. I will not spend time, effort and money to mail an opt-out notification. WTF judge allowed this?
