It certainly drives the wife bananas, she acts as if it’s a purely demonic act. She’d rather make a separate half sandwich than take part in my unholy creation.

I’ve made flamin’ hot Cheetos quesadillas and they were very good. The filling was just cheese, scallions, precooked diced/shredded chicken and I crushed the Cheetos. I like uniformity so step one is that the bread is aligned top crust to bottom crust. Aka the sandwich bread 69. No question about starting with the top or bottom.  Then slicing is always diagonal, the triangle corners are much easier to begin eating.

Can’t forget your post about shredding some iceberg for sandwiches or tacos!
