Okay, now it’s undeniable. Someone is murdering all of my favorite comedians.

You act like NFT’s = Toys, models, clothing.

Agree with the other criticisms but...

I was about to joke about the author lazily cribbing from whatever pre-written obituary the site has on file, but I strongly doubt the AV Club has enough of its shit together to keep pre-written obituaries on file.

They absolutely were lying, but I can believe that they were also in levels of self-delusion about how bad the gameplay on the base consoles would be. Like they knew it wasn’t going to be good, but they thought it would at least be moderately acceptable, you know, it’s not too bad, it’s just a little buggy, it’s just

They’re lying. From only sending out PC codes, to ordering takedowns of console footage, to not showing base console footage themselves, it’s clear they knew it was a problem, and they hid it.

It had, at best, a season and a half of good stuff for its three seasons, and I’m being generous about the third. The second is nigh-unwatchable at times.

And I’m just gonna contain my rant about how the plot of AvX only makes sense if you assume the following:

If you look there at the side of the PS4, you’ll understand why I feel like consoles really should be looking more like mini PCs than they do. I’m not a Microsoft guy, but goddamn if this big ass pillar isn’t a breath of fresh air after 15 years of losing consoles to cooling issues.

I mean, considering he was responding to criticism of how he treated his own writers...

*face palm* he didn’t make $13B, we (the royal we) decided his stock now has a higher face value...he is mega rich, but he can’t just sell it all for cash and go buy whatever, he’s not allowed to and it would crash the valuation of the very stock he’d be selling.

I keep seeing his behaviour being framed as a publicity stunt, which is certainly possible, but I also think we’re seeing a mentally ill man not get the help he needs in the name of making money and it’s quite sad to watch.

As dgstan shows, being a piece of shit is a full-time job. You can’t take a day off. Some might say “Hey, this is a pretty tough story, maybe I should take a break from being a gross dumbfuck,” but not dgstan. He’s committed to being garbage until he dies alone. Great job dgstan.

If it’s free, what’s to deter people from making restraining orders against every person they can think of, tying up the Court's time and then trying to enforce them constantly?

Like Scott, I’m irked that they spent all the build-up of mopeyness with Barry’s impending demise...only to not actually have him die. But whatever. I’m also just kind of relieved to leave it all in the past.

What’s really ridiculous is the number of ads and tangentially related old articles I had to scroll through.

Thompson was so good in that sketch and the way he built up the reactions to the news was great. Just starting out really basic and then getting more and more sarcastic to the insistence of the other panelists how this is now different.

So then maybe don’t take the jokes out of a comedy?

I dont want to pay money and give my information to an unproven unserviced 3rd party. Beyond that I dont want to support epic and pay money to epic. I should be free to choose where I want to buy something same way your free to choose where you shop for groceries it's a grossly simple concept.
