Couldn’t disagree more here. I used to have a friend whose job it was to sort through these. Once you rack up a certain (low) number of reports, you will be banned pending investigation. I’ve been hit with that multiple times (I’m fairly alright at a few games) and it absolutely sucks!

It's basically installing a switch into your Ethernet cable allowing you to make the connection unusable by flicking on and off. If used properly, you could lag-teleport all over the place. Suprisingly, it was super common in GOW2.
