Pretty disrespectful of Kaepernick, especially after Santa Clara PD worked so hard to keep Ray McDonald and Aldon Smith from facing charges.

At the very least we should send them a nice gift basket.

If you are more upset at Kaepernick protesting police brutality than you were at the police committing it, yeah, you're part of the problem.
