Don’t flame me for this, but he was obviously all fired up and trying to ignite people’s passions by calling attention to the burning issues of today.

It’s been almost a year, so it’s time for another of my “in the movies” series.  I put this one together over the past week or so, posted it Monday.

Speaking of Polanksi, will you get a chance to see his new film about the Dreyfus affair, or is that only for distributors?

We’d just like to remind Mr. Letterman that, since he’s no longer on network TV, he won’t have to apologize to anyone.

He’s pretty much done conducting live it would appear. As of this year, he has turned over all his annual “Film Night” gigs in Boston over to Keith Lockhart full time.
