Going to see it this weekend, and this touches on my biggest worry about it, is does it still have that retro early 60's feel to it? That is one of the first film’s largest appeals to me, along with the secret volcano lair-Bond-ish stylings. I hope this is sign they are still leaning into that heavily for this film!

Do his sunglasses stretch at all?

Always glad to see some Roeg love here. DLN isn’t my favorite Roeg film (that would be “Performance” by a country mile), but a fantastic watch nevertheless. I’d also wholly recommend Bad Timing, Walkabout, and of course, Man Who Fell To Earth.

Finally got around to seeing this episode and I’m calling two things now -

Not quite as bad, but no holiday camp would be complete without a Lovely Legs competition.

If the plot is her teaming up with Princess Di and Simon Le Bon to prevent an attack on the studios where all the artists were gathered to record “Do They Know It’s Christmas”, then count me in.

Now we just need Justin and Dan to agree to stay off of twitter for the next seven years so they don’t say anything too dumb in public.
