If you get a chance, check out his Vertigo Sandman work. Astounding art!

You’re welcome.

It looks like he’s still working, but mostly on mini-series/limited runs or covers. By coincidence, I found out last night that he did the original cover art for the US release of Resident Evil. The first Sienkiewicz comic I read was Stray Toasters, an underrated graphic novel that’s like Blade Runner

It’s a shame the show (i.e. Hawley) can’t find a way to better exploit its wider cast. I feel 90% of the show is carried by Stevens, Keller and now Negahban. What’s the point of having Jemaine fucking Clement on your show if then you give him one line every third episode?

they keep referencing Shi’ar so i just am assuming that they are some sort of starjammer self replicating robot!

Ptonomy was important last season, but his whole unraveling memories and reading minds thing just doesn’t seem relevant in this season. I feel like everyone kinda does that now. Him inside the mainframe might end up being a better use for him, he seemed to just be skulking around as a side character and not even

Definitely Ptonomy’s demise. This may be David’s show but it’s a shame P didn’t get further shading as a character. Maybe he could still get the opportunity as he moves on in the Matrix, but I would have liked another team-up with Clark.

I honestly am like, gee, can the Mainframe HANDLE Ptolemy? That’s a lot of memory!

I discovered this last week and just wanted to share it because it’s really cool and I don’t remember seeing it covered here, a Season 2 promo drawn by Legion’s co-creator Bill Sienkiewicz in the style of the Egon Schiele self-portrait featured prominently a few episodes back.

the death of Ptonomy’s body, and his rebirth inside the organic/synthetic hybrid of the Mainframe, doesn’t carry much emotional impact.

Also not bothered by Syd’a arrogance or coldness in their dreamscape; if she’s not boss in her own mind, who is? And David so clearly needs a teacher, despite his great power.

I don’t think you’re off base, as much as it pains me to say it. We really don’t know much about Syd and maybe this could be a reason why.

So unsettling theory time:

Agreed. This was one of the strongest episodes of Legion

2. I don’t think you need to be so extreme in parsing that, no one thinks Typhoid Mary (whom Farouk compares the monk to) originated Typhoid, but she was still the one infecting people.

Creative astral plane shenanigans? Check.

The Eurythmics need way more love than they get. The wierd creative tension between their electro art-pop sensibility Annie Lennox’s soul diva inclinations and made for something incredibly interesting.

I think this season would have been better served as a 5 or 6 episode season. There’s just not that much story to tell here, and what we know has been established about a million times before: Andrew was a pathological liar whose self-loathing manifested itself in a murder spree, Gianni Versace was a famous fashion

See, I personally think this whole episode (bar the Versaces) was quietly about Andrew’s race. He’s trapped in a shitty job with a Filipino friend of his father who tells him that’s the best future he can hope for, he feels isolated in the gay community because he doesn’t have “the look”, even stooping so low as to

Yeah, I’ve said it before, but that’s my one real issue with the show as well. In episode five we did see some charm when Andrew met Jeff at the bar, but this week it felt like we were back to a situation where honestly if I ever met him in a bar or at a party, I’d try to avoid him the rest of the night. I’m not even
