I really don't understand all the love for Way's Doom Patrol. Sure, it's nice to see Morrison's characters reunited — they certainly feel more like the "real" Doom Patrol than any recent efforts to resurrect the original team. And Derington's art is certainly gorgeous.

I did miss the runway commentary. It's apparently available on the Logo website in its entirety, but why should I have to seek out a segment that's usually an integral part of the show? The lack of mini-challenges should mean that they have plenty of time to fit everything else into the broadcast.

Wow, yeah — just looked it up, and I didn't realize that Swoon was at Sundance with The Living End. Those movies definitely resonate strongly with each other — it would have been exciting to see them basically back-to-back at the festival.

Thank you for the correction. As a counterpoint, Xander was nothing if not loyal to the people he loved most. He didn't always make the best decisions, but having him dump Anya like that seemed extreme even for him. Of course, I had a problem with most of the characters during that season, so YMMV and obviously does.

Totally agree. Everyone on that show made poor decisions in their romantic lives — not just Xander. Labeling him an asshole (as some people did above) when other characters were creating endless high drama with their romantic decisions (I'm looking at you, Buffy) is just silly. Buffy as Drama Queen created so much
