I believe Jeep uses "Limited" in reference to the vehicles wheelbase. The Wrangler Limited has a shorter wheelbase than the Wrangler Unlimited.

That's extremely unlikely considering the United States military keeps somewhere around 30k military personnel in South Korea and around 35k in Japan year round.
