I wondered that myself back then. I'm at a run-of-the-mill dance club in Dallas, the usual pop-techno stuff is playing, and all of a sudden I'm hearing "Summer Nights" and I'm like WTF??? I guess it was because 70's stuff was the retro trend in the mid-90's, and Grease was definitely a part of that.

I liked the Mike shows over the Joel shows (main reason being the bots were less whiny), but I do like what Joel's done with the new shows so far.

I kinda like how they let Gypsy get a couple shots in. And the new voice helps a lot.

I always thought Idiocracy got a bum rap. (Probably because Fox didn't want to piss off any advertisers that may have been lampooned in the film. Still…) I don't know if I'll make it out to a theater for this, but I do have the DVD.
