I was expecting an app called Abandon that would unfollow all of my annoying Facebook friends... with abandon.

I always thought they indicated Illuminati meeting places?

An article on sleeveless hoodies and no mention of Bill Belicheck? I guess the author is not from Bahston.

Had tinitus since childhood, and has worsened over time being a drummer. This worked but I wonder if it’s simply my ears adjusting to the relatively loud banging of my fingers against my brain. The “relief” of ringing might just be relative to the loudness of the tapping.

I use a few drives as “Time Machines” for my Macs— I also have a few external non-solid-state drives that I use for photo backups. How often should I be replacing my backup drives?

“Consumes 80% of the reefs”

I use hot water, not because it’s (noticeably) faster, but because it makes nice clean/clear ice cubes. Using hot/warm water allows more time for the air to escape during freezing so you don’t have haze or bubbles in there.

I realized after this that my comment is more in response to the title than the article. My suggestions give no RoE for reselling the home. But they certainly make your house more livable!

It might seem silly, but having a solid paper towel dispenser goes a long way. It doesn’t mean you need to spend $50 on a stainless steel one, but I did some research and found a

I agree with this sentiment. There’s also a social aspect to it. Renting has been great as a bachelor and our early years in our childless marriage when we’ve been a lot more outgoing and had more free time. We actually love the “living communities” we’ve been a part of. But now that my wife is pregnant and we’re

I think what the author is referring to are repairing things that fail over time that have little to do with direct user interaction. Like a water heater going bad and needing to be replaced. That’s a cost that I’m very glad I don’t have to eat as a renter, should that ever happen.
