I believe you slipped a decimal point on the F-1 rocket engine power. Per wikipedia, biprop requires ~2.5 kW per N of thrust, which for about 6.5 MN thrust is closer to 16 MkW which at ~1.3 bhp/kW is more like 19 Mbhp rather than 190 Mbhp. If I got my math right...
