This thing stuffed into a Cuda or Coronet Superbee would be amazing.
My user name is exactly the same between both sites. And yes I am.
My.IS/IS300.net mod here, can confirm, we all still want to know if Lexus is at fault.
Also, dont forget those free engine upgardes for 01 owners.
I’ll inform you that it IS a real thing BUT you can ONLY get it with the cornsilk beige (read almost white, light tan) interior. For some fucking reason you cant get the brown with a black interior. There is your caveat.
Well, they could just reprogram the cars to have terrible power and fuel mileage, thats what the “testing” mode does and it gives them great emissions. The problem is then that the car has no power and terrible fuel mileage compared to how it is now. The problem is then that they are subject to buy backs, diminished…
WHEN they had car people on, like Leno, F1 drivers, Brian Johnson, etc the segment was good. Also any time Jimmy Carr was involved.
Well right, I get that, BUT if current toolings could be saved...
I think it would be fantastic if we could get a law passed that would allow manufacturers to sell old models (say 15 years and older) as effectively assembled kit cars from the dealer. Why shouldnt I be able to go buy a brand new 71'Cuda? Its no different than if I were to go buy a used one and drive it around. If…
The Sagaris is still one of the best looking cars ever made.
In Minnesota they dont differentiate, salvaged just means it was written off by an insurance company at some point.
Uh...no youre wrong. Salvaged means that the damage exceeded a certain percent of the value of the car and the insurance company decided to write it off. Lets say you had an older Elise with high mileage and got into a super minor fender bender like backing into a mailbox and scraping the front exiting a steep…
Shut up, Bruce.
I feel I’ve read this story on here before...
Nice....sick reference bro.
Yeah, basically. Also you could probably get away with a teeny tiny diesel like a 0.5l. I imagine something of that size humming away at its peak efficiency point could churn out lots of electricity.
Thats actually an alarmingly good thought.
Why not a hybrid where the diesel operates more as a generator for the electrical system? Diesels can be AMAZINGLY efficient when held at an ideal RPM where efficiency is maxed. Like for serious.
That was still panicing and locking up. Foot stayed firmly planted on the gas pedal the whole time, steering wheel stayed locked into a turn. Only one bit of action was taken, going from drive to reverse and back to drive.
I imagine this isnt the only situation this person would completely lock up and panic in. If youre THIS unsure behind the wheel you need to be started off on GoKarts on a closed track, not behind the wheel of a 3000lb car. Know yourself, know the person youre teaching.
